How come your presentation pocket folders are so cheap?

Because of the unusual size and shape, most printers can only print folders one per sheet, but at Flexpress we print and cut them out 2 per sheet thus halving the material and time whilst minimising waste. Furthermore, unlike many of our competitors, who assemble by hand, we use automated machinery for gluing and folding. See them being made here.

Can I have my own shape?

Yes, but this will require a bespoke cutting form (£120) and we may only be able to produce it 1 per sheet which will add significantly to the cost (plus around 50%). Please ask us for a specific quote if this is within your budget.

What material do you recommend for presentation pocket folders?

Our own choice would always be our 350gsm Silk Board with a laminated finish. Coated board always enables sharp colours and the laminate adds a level of durability and prevents fibre-cracking at the creases and scuffing on solid ink coverage.
