Rewards terms and conditions.

1. We may, at out discretion award you points for the reasons and in the amounts set out in the table below.

Method of Earning Points	Number of Points
Registration with Flexpress	250 points
Making a purchase from Flexpress over £10	1 point for each £1 spent (excluding VAT)
Recommending us to another company who then place an order.	1 point for each £1 spent (excluding VAT)
Making a suggestion that we proceed to implement	1000
Special Promotions as advised by Flexpress	2 or more points for each £1 spent (excluding VAT)
Completing surveys, questionnaires or feedback forms	100 points

2. Your accumulation of reward points

2.1 If you are entitled to do so, you may nominate one person within your company who receives all reward points. Alternatively points will be allocated to whoever places the order with us.

2.2 Your points will accumulate automatically when you earn points as provided in clause 1 above.

2.3 You are able to check your points statement by logging in to the client area of our website

2.4 If you redeem your points then your points total will be automatically updated.

2.5 If you do not make a minimum value purchase from Flexpress (£10) within any 12 month period you will forfeit all the points accumulated on the account.

2.6 We will send you an email reminder 1 month before your points would be forfeited in accordance with clause 2.4 above.

2.7 Any points accumulated under one account are not transferrable to another account.

3. Redemption of reward points

3.1 You may redeem your points on our Website for the rewards displayed on the Website or by mentioning that you wish to double your points and redeem them against products or services available from Flexpress.

3.2 We do not warrant that the rewards advertised on the Website will be available in exchange for reward points. All rewards advertised are subject to availability.

3.3 We may change the rewards available on the Website at any time.

3.4 We will deliver your reward to you within 7 days of receiving your request to redeem.

4. Your Responsibilities

4.1 You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use;

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your reward point account, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account; and

4.3 You agree to notify Flexpress immediately of any unauthorised use of your reward point account or password, or any other breach of security;

4.4 You will indemnify for any losses, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) incurred as a result of a breach of this “Our Reward Scheme” section by you or any other person accessing the Website using your account and/or your personal information.

5. Modification or withdrawal of the reward points scheme

5.1 We may cancel or withdraw the reward points scheme or any individual points total at any time.

5.2 We can change the terms and conditions of the reward points scheme.

5.3 We will notify you of any material changes we make to the reward points scheme by email or on the Website.
